Signup collection notice

About your details. CaseWise Technologies Pty Ltd, which operates casewise, collects your email address and the profile details you choose to add so we can create and secure your account and run the service for you.

What you should know before signing up:

With your separate permission, we link ad visits to signup and subscription outcomes and send Meta signup, trial and payment events, payment amount/currency and a hashed email address for matching. This is optional and excludes your legal content. See optional advertising measurement.

• casewise is an AI-powered educational study tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
• Your questions, documents and generated outputs are processed by our AI, hosting and search providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase and Vercel. Some process data outside Australia, including in the United States. The full list, and what each one receives, is in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not use your prompts, uploads or outputs to train casewise or third-party AI models.
• Do not upload client information, privileged/confidential material, court-restricted material or personal information about another person.
• Your email address is required to create an account; the profile details are optional and you can change or remove them at any time. We keep your content while your account is open; see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.
• You can access and correct your details, and delete your account, in Settings. For privacy questions or complaints, contact info@gocasewise.com; if you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
